This is a public meeting, mainly to establish interest moving forward to form a Maryburgh Community Council again and gather concerns to be put forward to the Highland Council regarding the Old School Housing development.

Issues arising may be for example:

the flooding on the development site. Concerns are that the drains cannot cope with the excess water as it stands, houses in the surrounding area may be affected, but no confirmation has been received.

The Highland Council would also like input from the Maryburgh Community on a street name for the new development.
